This lawn had some uneven ground and showed visible signs of stress from frequent activity. After scarifying and aerating, we carried out a thorough application of top dressing – using specialist equipment that spreads the material evenly across the surface – to improve existing soil structures and promote a more resilient lawn. This layer was brushed into the perforated lawn with overseed, penetrating the root system to encourage stronger, healthier grass growth.
